Stressful performance review and bad culture
Pay is not bad. It could be good if you join a good team.
Working at this company has been a stressful experience, largely due to the pervasive PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) culture.
This creates a constant sense of pressure and job insecurity.
Additionally, there are limited opportunities for actual software development. Most of the work revolves around maintenance and production support, which makes it difficult to grow technical skills or stay engaged.
Overall, it's not an ideal environment for long-term career development, especially for engineers looking to build and innovate.
