Paid fairly well in the area and promotes good culture. The people here are relatively nice. The company also recognizes the need for internal innovation. If you're driven, there's room for you to move up.
Still has remnants of offshoring/contracting culture.
Tech people have less visibility.
Additionally, unless you push yourself, this job alone will not be too rigorous.
I often have to work with less capable and effectively tenured employees.
Stop promoting people who pretend to work or take credit for others' work.
