No care for its own full-time associates, and especially Indian managers will be trying to impress their bosses for unrealistic targets. If you have any skillset, it will last for a week over here. They don't know what they are. Being a bank, they behave like Google and Amazon, which doesn't require it. They don't care about products; they just try to show off as a technical company. Very insecure and unrealistic company to stay for more than a month.
Just be realistic and talk to ground associates, not to Indian managers who try to save their own positions by playing wasteful games!
