Capital One is definitely one of those companies that is a joy to work for. I have been around for twelve years and cannot think of a better place to work.
Some departments make it difficult for a person to flourish and try to hold you back. This is very rare for most departments, but it does happen.

Senior Software Engineer
It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Lead Software Engineer
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
