Work-life balance is good. Most teams do not track PTO. Internal transfers are available after 6 months.
Gotta play the influence game to get promoted. Internal dev tools suck; do not get anyone started on onepipeline or bogie. Pay is below industry average. Not many lifers. Turnover is quite high.
