The work-life balance is the biggest reason why I stay. However, you can see how Amazon executives are affecting the way things work around here.
Because Amazon executives are joining Capital One, it is affecting work-life balance. Cross-calibrations are also awful, causing employees to work against each other rather than collaborate. They will also probably return to office next year.
