I've learned a lot in the 8 months I have been here. We really push all engineers to become full stack. The pay is great, and there's an awesome work-life balance.
They really want employees to come into the office. During the pandemic, they have been very understanding, but I hear prior to the pandemic, nobody really worked from home.
