I took the OA and I didn't get through. I would recommend grinding LeetCode for the problems. After I submitted it, I got a rejection email a couple of days later.

You had to do a digital behavioral interview first, which included a logic game and a behavioral section. You need to do well on that part to advance to the next stage. The second half is a recorded technical interview conducted on CodeSignal.

I interviewed for Capital One’s technology development program in November 2022. I thought I did well but was told a month later that they had run out of space.
