One of my best co-op experiences
A very knowledgeable group of senior members, with the willingness to teach, fosters an environment of continuous learning. Exposure to many difficult problems, with great guidance, allows employees to develop a great set of skills. Foosball and ping pong are available, with many days of catered lunches.
At very few times there are pains of working for a large corporation, but Capital One does a very good job of managing that for their technical teams, from personal experience.
