Literally none different compared to other software companies in the current market.
If change happens too frequently, progress is negative. This was too logical to even be a leadership principle. To save his job and past failures, the CTO has gone crazy implementing things without looking at all terms of risks.
Layoffs happen every day and hiring happens every day since last 3 years. Like a kid, show anything fancy to Capital One and they will adopt it without a thought.
You want to "Change Banking for Good," and you lay off someone every day! Which customer can trust you? Definitely not millennials. I know some layoffs can happen once every two years, and that's acceptable. Even performance-based layoffs that impact 12% of associates are acceptable. But stop laying off people just for poor past decisions because the morale of employees currently isn't to accomplish your goals but is to make money from you. The myth that college graduates solve all problems isn't true because even they mature into responsible employees and citizens in two years.
Easy, one case, one behavioral, one technical interview. By far the easiest interview I ever had. Normal behavioral questions, and for the case, just think from a business standpoint. Prep LeetCode Easy for the technical.
Easy. Four rounds. 1. Behavioral. 2. Coding. 3. A “technical business” discussion. 4. A system design round based on resume and experience. Interviewers were nice and fair. The recruiter was very pushy and didn’t give me time to decide on the offer
Very positive. There was first a test you have to do, but if you practice LeetCode, it should be pretty smooth. I would recommend studying, as some of the questions towards the end were confusing if not studied ahead of time.
