It's a very chill workplace. WLB is great, perks are nice. Pay is great for how little you actually work.
Not much growth. People just cruise. You've got to play the politics game or risk getting left behind.
If you want to compete with FAANG, up the pay.

Senior Software Engineer
It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Lead Software Engineer
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
