• Huge amount of support from everyone. I asked so many people for help so many times, and they were more than willing to help me with whatever issue I came to them with.
• I’ve always been treated with kindness and encouragement from everyone.
• Lots of intern perks if you get to go to the office (e.g., they take you to Busch Gardens, intern housing at super cushy apartments). I didn’t get to experience that since it was virtual because of COVID, but given that, they still did a great job with making virtual run smooth!
• Job security! TIPs are practically guaranteed to get a return offer if they do the job and complete your project. Don’t sleep on the job and you should be good.
• Fantastic pay.
• Amazing work-life balance. Offices apparently clear out by 4:30, and no one’s expected to work after hours. I did a couple of times and my manager and teammate literally asked why I was even on.

I can’t think of any except maybe it gets stressful or boring depending on the team.
