Fun work, nice people, interactive sub-communities inside the company.
Updated tech stack.
Good pay, nice campus, subsidized food.
Flexible hours, weekly manager meetings, can interact with skip management.
Team-dependent experience.
Knowledge kept within teams; needs work on documenting.
I feel some teams value face time, as in at the desk. I really liked working around campus and discovering new places. More freedom on this front.
