The best bank for tech, in my opinion
Fun work, nice people, interactive sub-communities inside the company.
Updated tech stack.
Good pay, nice campus, subsidized food.
Flexible hours, weekly manager meetings, can interact with skip management.
Team-dependent experience.
Knowledge kept within teams; needs work on documenting.
I feel some teams value face time, as in at the desk. I really liked working around campus and discovering new places. More freedom on this front.

Capital One Interview Experiences
Software Engineer (Internship)
On-campus interview. Two coding interviews and one behavioral interview. One coding interview involved debugging, and the other had a design question and a LeetCode Medium/Hard. Interviewers were very polite.
Senior DevOps Engineer
It was basically two phone interviews. One with the enterprise architect and another one with a so-called tech lead (who didn't know anything). A master software engineer was also in the interview.
Master Applications Developer
Applied Online Recruiter called with initial basic questions on salary, experience, location constraints, etc. Next step was the online test. Anyone can answer/pass the two tests as long as you take them without any distractions and with full focus
