• Recruitment process does a good job showering you with dinners and gifts if an offer is extended.
• Interns get a lot of special treatment. This year, we received:
  • A trip to Bush Gardens
  • An Incredibles 2 private screening
  • Two happy hours
  • Two dinners
  • Many tech talks
• Pay is about as good as it gets for interns.
• Housing is included/paid for. Taxes are paid by Capital One too. If you don't take the housing, you get a $3000 stipend.
• Offices are nice, and they do a great job making sure you have ample opportunities to fix problems if there are any.
• You can get an offer for full-time if you do a good job.

Your team is very much the deciding factor of how much fun/enjoyable your work is. If you have a bad team, it can be much less enjoyable team-wise. One of my friends had a really bad team, but the five other friends I had had good experiences.
