Pros

They have great benefits and decent pay. There are also some really great, hardworking people there.

Cons

Performance management follows a forced distribution model twice a year. Good people can end up on the chopping block just to meet quotas. The process is brutal on management, causing enormous amounts of stress and anxiety. They churn through people, constantly cutting and hiring at the same time.

Advice to Management

Change your performance management process.
