Great work culture.
The job itself was stressful, but the community that you worked with made it easier. It was very team-oriented and had a great collaborative work atmosphere.
Benefits were AMAZING.
Even though the benefits were amazing, the pay was not enough to take care of my family. Every time you moved to a new position, you were locked in to that position for a year before you could apply to another position.
