I had 3 rounds of interviews, not including the recruiter. First round was with 2 EAs. The recruiter will tell you to use the STAR method. Next round was with the Lead EA for the department and an MVP. Final & 3rd round was with the VP & Sr. Direc
It was a very technology-driven interview. Great culture and a very positive attitude. Interviewers mainly look at the cultural fit for the company. There will be around 4 rounds: two technical and two behavioral rounds of interviews.
A recruiter reached out to me, and then I was sent a HackerRank assessment. This assessment requires photo ID and for you to be on camera the whole time. I am not a fan of these because it's really limiting if you don't enjoy HackerRank as a platfor
