A friend referred me in late August. I received a response exactly a month later, inviting me for a final onsite interview at their Richmond campus. Capital One conducts all of their final interviews onsite. We were provided a nice lunch, given a

Normal powerday interview. It was pretty easy. Normal OOP technical with a banking question. The case interview was a little harder. Behavioral was normal. Focus on OOP concepts. All interviewers were really nice and helpful.
