Process
Went through the following process:
- 30-minute screening with a recruiter
- 1-hour chat with an engineering manager
- Completed a take-home assessment (took me roughly 4 hours)
After this process, I never heard back from the recruiter again, completely ghosted, even after following up multiple times.
This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful, and it sheds a negative light on the company as a whole. Would NOT recommend.

- Get to work alongside many experienced, smart engineering folks.
Cons: At times, it seems a little all over the place. There's no single unified product, so it's a little tricky to get behind the vision(s) of management. It seems a little schizophrenic at times.
