I was given an offline coding exercise that was estimated to take 2-4 hours. I passed the 4-hour mark and stopped, but could have spent several more hours polishing my solution.
I then had online sessions talking through my solution, discussing architecture, meeting the hiring manager, and covering behavioral/teamwork topics.
Questions
Refactor and add functionality to some sample code with lots of issues.
