Pros

Leadership is open in discussing the state of the company.

People are helpful and nice.

They are trying really hard to establish the culture.

Cons

Reorgs are often unplanned, and sometimes plans are not properly established. The technical team is quite young.

Advice to Management

We need to think about RTO and make sure that remote is an option to be more competitive in hiring.

Review comp and make sure to share it with your managers. Our equity is still not liquid, so make sure to account for that in the comp.

Training is important, not only for ICs but also for management.
