I had a phone screen interview with fundamental questions about my experience and projects. For example, I provided a resume walkthrough, information about the position and potential locations, and described a specific project in depth.

Recruiter screen, then chat with someone within engineering. The engineer showed up late. I later learned he rejected me, believing I didn't have enough experience. He clearly didn't review my resume, as I have over ten years of experience in my fi
