Worst experience in my engineering career. I have worked in the industry for almost 7 years.
Recruiters are not responsive at all. They will set up interviews with VPs and teams and then ghost you, even if you ask any questions. They will email you only when they need you.
Always send a follow-up email to the candidate. They are investing their time. The first impression tells a lot about the company and the people within. During the interview, I didn't get a friendly vibe.
