I recently went through the interview process with Chainalysis and would like to share my experience. After investing several days in market analysis, competition research, and preparing for the subsequent interview rounds, Chainalysis introduced a new requirement for the role.

Although I partially met this requirement, my interview process was put on hold. A week later, during a follow-up call, I was informed that another new requirement had been added. This second requirement ultimately disqualified me from the candidate pool.

Overall, the two weeks of my experience involved research and preparation for interviews, filled with a mix of hope, loss, and disappointment. For the sake of fairness to candidates, it would be beneficial for Chainalysis to finalize their job requirements before posting a job opportunity.

Job seekers invest significant time and effort into the application process without compensation, so clarity from the outset would greatly enhance the candidate experience and reflect well on the company's reputation.
