I applied online. The process took 2+ months.
Had an interview with a recruiter, then hiring manager, then a presentation. I was asked to present a product I knew well in 20 minutes. It took me a few hours to prepare. Hiring manager, sales director, and AE were on my presentation.
Some questions related to presentation, some related to my background, and some behavioral. After presentation there was an interview with a member of the senior leadership team. It took a couple of weeks for an offer to be made after last interview.
How do you differentiate against your competition?
