Cons: Upper management is terrible; all decisions seem to go against staff wishes.
Frequent layoffs.
They will try to prevent career growth at every possible stage.
Not flexible with remote working.

Everybody I work with is great. They focus a lot on friendly personalities when hiring.
Cons: The company is expanding so fast that many people are inexperienced.

* Blocks your ideas.
* Treats you like crap.
* Doesn't utilize your skills for the job.
* Is constantly looking over your shoulder for any mistakes.
* Blames you for any errors, even if it's not your fault.
