Frontend Developer Interview Experience - United States
Process
The interview process was very smooth and included the following stages:
- Phone screening with HR.
- Video call with the hiring manager.
- A take-home project, with a one-week deadline.
- Video call with senior developers to discuss solutions.
- Final call with HR and the hiring manager.
I received prompt replies from checkout HR. Overall, it was a very good experience.
The only downside was the limited time for the technical discussion with other developers, which was only 45 minutes. It would have been better if it were longer, around 1 to 1.5 hours.
