Pros: If you're lucky enough to be part of a team in the e-teams' good graces, you have the chance to tackle some interesting problems. Many smart engineers, though not all, are a pleasure to work with; a competitive culture is seemingly encouraged due to stack ranking.

Cons: - Boys club: promotions are based off of who you know rather than what you do. - Given the layoffs and reorgs, WLB has taken a massive hit to fill the gaps. - Morale hit from various layoffs and reorgs still lingers and doesn't seem to be getting any better. - Career progression outside of the boys club is nigh impossible; the best you can do is a lateral move if it's even possible. - Inconsistencies in promotion criteria across teams, even though roles are supposedly normalized across the company.

Pros: Good office, free lunch, good culture.

Cons: Cannot think of anything.

Pros: It's a great place to come and work, surrounded by good people all striving to do something great, something impactful. Great office, good perks, and great lunches!

Cons: Whilst the office environment is great, it could do with more flexibility in office days.
