Process

The recruiter messaged me on Discord and we had a 30-minute chat. It involved learning about me, why I am leaving my existing role, and what I am looking for.

Then, I had a 45-minute chat with an engineering lead. This was more about my experience and asking questions based on my CV.

Next, I was asked to develop an API as part of the technical test and was given 7 days. The API could be designed and implemented in a technology of my choice and included many optional tasks like logging, monitoring, Docker support, and integration tests.

I completed all my tasks and passed that stage. They were happy with my code quality and standards and invited me to the next stage, which is a 2.5-hour interview (1 hour technical, 1 hour product team, 30 minutes HR).

Questions
