Pros: There is free coffee at the office.
Cons: As an engineer:
* Total lack of communication from (inexperience) management to more senior engineering members.
* Clueless (and busy) management.
* Tons of junior engineers that are still learning.
* Obsolete systems (old school banking applications written in C#/.NET).
* Terrible engineering practices.
* They don't attract talent to join the company.
* More recently, a very toxic environment with multiple rounds of layoffs.

Pros: - Good work-life balance.
- Individuals are respected, and processes usually work efficiently.
- Nice office.
- Talented colleagues.
- Teamwork.
- Bonus policy.
- Nice office and perks (free lunch, snacks, sports, events).
Cons: It has become a large organization thanks to its success, so it comes with some disadvantages:
* Harder to have a real impact.
* Not easy to see career paths.
* Promotions take too long for lower positions.
* The hybrid work policy went from a minimum of 2 to 3 days in the office arbitrarily. Employees (especially software engineers) felt a decrease in performance due to this.
