Competitive Salaries (if you live in the right region and are in the right role...)
A few genuinely nice, if underappreciated, people.
The company will repeatedly state how much it cares for staff and how they are transparent. This is nothing but gaslighting. Staff are genuinely afraid to talk out about their poor treatment, and there is no interest in addressing genuine concerns whenever such issues are raised.
A large part of the management is underexperienced but extremely arrogant. Very much a Cambridge "boys club" crowd who will focus on their own needs above that of the staff.
If you aren't a developer or a salesperson, then you might as well not exist.
The executive culture is trying to mimic Apple, even down to an almost evangelical attitude, making the company feel more like a cult than a business at times.
Staff are strongly encouraged to post positive reviews on Glassdoor as part of their annual reviews. As such, take the 4.7 average with this context in mind. This is not in any way a flawless company.
Treat your staff like real human beings. You are hemorrhaging some amazing talent purely because of the lack of honesty and follow-through. Accept this fact and manage the problem rather than glossing over it with spin.
Culture is not something you grow in a dish. In my time with the company, you failed to demonstrate or uphold any of your core values.

A few years ago, I had an interview where I was asked programming and banking questions. The banking questions covered payments and transfers. The programming question was related to string concepts. The interview also included questions on payment a
I had a first-round interview with talent acquisition, followed by a take-home test, and finally an in-person interview focused on system design. During all three steps, I received positive feedback. However, after a call from the HR team informing
