In general the people are great. The Compensation is good, and there is a lot of potential for the company to grow.
2023 was clearly not great, and I think we are still recovering a bit from the dip in morale + changes. The transition from the Startup to a more Corporate environment is also an adjustment that is ongoing.
It would be great to see a bit more flexibility. I know being a more mature company also means adding more rules, but you have to give the people some wins. An example of flexibility: If the Christmas party is on a “work from the office day” you could just make that one day WFH.
