Tech is pretty bleeding edge, and most processes work excellently at the scale they’re operating. Possible team moves and horizontal positions.
This rigid RTO policy, where your attendance is tracked and you don’t even get to choose your days, felt more important to the senior leadership than the actual output.
Work on some teams was lacking direction and strategy.
A bit of a “big brother” style culture, but I guess it’s common at this scale.
