Process

Series of several programming tests on a laptop and a couple of whiteboard sessions. Over the course of about 7 hours, I met with many engineers, had a brief conversation with the CTO and CEO, and was treated to lunch. The interview process was very smooth and also very rigorous. The well-stocked kitchen and catered food were a nice touch.

Stuff about Web Services:

How to design a simple one
How to make an API accessible over the web
How to do authentication and authorization in rough terms
How webhooks might work for a simple business case.

In Ruby, but could have been JavaScript too.
