Very well-organized series of interviews with cross-functional collaborators. Each person focused on their area and the company's core values. The recruiters did a great job of explaining who I would be talking to and the next steps.

The interview process was 3 rounds: a recruiter screen, a screen with the hiring manager, and the final round consisting of 5 interviews with various members of the team. All rounds were behavioral and dug into my experience as an engineering manager
