Engineering leadership is poor from the top down. We don't have any direction and therefore don't have any goals or new projects. Stagnation has set in, and now we're probably heading into greater moral decline. It's going to take a lot to turn this around. There is so much potential for Checkr projects, such as:
etc. But upper management has no desire to grow horizontally.
Culture has to change from the top down. This means we need new management blood from the top down. Reinvigorate your organization with visionary goals and not platitudes.
I initially had a call with the recruiter, then a name matching exercise, and a hiring manager round. I was really shocked to see that the hiring manager wanted to run my resume by his team after the third round. Yeah, you heard it right: the third
