Usually, I would say layoffs are understandable business decisions. It has happened to me before. Getting a new job is not hard as a software engineer. With that said, seeing how they spend their money on luxury and laying off one-third of the company? I would never recommend this place as a professional workplace. If you are looking for a one-to-two-year stay, this is the place.
