The team is incredibly supportive and full of capable engineers who collaborate well together.
There’s a solid focus on the mission, even though we're not always working with the latest tech stack.
Pay is decent and competitive for the industry.
After the recent RIF, everyone is stretched thin. Many of us are covering multiple roles, which can be overwhelming.
Please consider investing more in the engineering team to reduce the burden on individuals.
