The people that work at that company (managers and above) are straight up incompetent. I think my 18-year-old sister could do a better job managing the business. They don't really do anything, period.
- Nepotism for hiring and promotion.
- Tech stack is utter garbage. Like below-level intern level garbage.
- CEO + CTO are pretty weak in terms of skillset + personality. They are replaceable.
- Salary is laughable.
None, since you would have to replace yourselves.
