Management is extremely novice. I don't understand what skills they bring to the table and what they actually do on a daily basis. People are getting hired left and right due to nepotism.
For instance, a candidate that completely failed the interview process was hired because she knows the SVP. I was actually in the meeting.
The code stack is laughable. It's funny seeing the faces of recently hired engineers when they first see the codebase. Utterly trash.
The management and tech lead should be ashamed of themselves.
Do work, like literally output something. Don't give the company and your subordinates high-level, vague tasks and do nothing. I think we can have a third grader in charge and achieve similar effects.

Same as what others have posted and did onsite. They ghosted me, though. Kind of messed up. Speaks to the quality of employees they have, unless you want to waste your time. Don't bother applying.
