- Rapidly decreasing QoL, such as reducing workers' benefits and increasing costs (commute, parking, daycare).
- Zero long-term career prospects, stingy when it comes to promotions; merit increases fall way behind inflation.
- RSUs are fake monopoly money to boost compensation perception, with no realistic plan to go IPO ever.
- Implemented RTO as a form of silent layoffs; 33% RIF shortly after.
- Gradually outsourcing its US workforce.
- Performance does not matter, only politics.
