A recruiter emailed me to arrange a technical phone interview. I did not even need to talk to him. The engineer then called me and started a web-based code reviewing session. The interview lasted about an hour.

Pros: Great benefits! Good tech stack.
Cons: Make sure your team is willing to help you get started. I have a problem with my Tech Lead, who is rude and thinks he is better than everyone. He writes and wastes a lot of time writing documentation that no one reads, instead of doing actual work.
