If you're based in one of Chegg's main offices, by all accounts, it's a great place to work. It offers great communication, salary & benefits, career progression opportunities, and some genuinely progressive policies and practices.
If you're based in a smaller office, be prepared for:
- Poor communication
- Being regularly forgotten
- Having your technical needs overlooked
- Being eventually fired en masse.
(Seriously, that's happened at Chegg at least 3 times in smaller offices.)
