Great work and growth for learning.
Low appraisal cycles within organizations
A recruiter emailed me to arrange a technical phone interview. I did not even need to talk to him. The engineer then called me and started a web-based code reviewing session. The interview lasted about an hour.
One-day interview process, including phone screen and on-site components. During the on-site portion: * The Senior Manager asked a technical question. * The VP asked a technical question. * Met with the design team.
I had an introduction screen with a recruiter and then with a lead engineer. Next, I had a technical screen with a senior engineer. Overall, I think the process was fine, but the technical screen didn't really let me demonstrate my skillset.
