Unfortunately, the offer I received was a lowball: it was a downlevel with a total compensation less than my current base salary. The justification for downleveling made no sense and was feedback I have never received from any other interview. I'm glad I have other options. As pleasant as the interviews were, I just wish I could have saved time and not gone through the process at all.
