Good place for entry-level engineers. The tech is getting modernized, resulting in great learning opportunities for those early in their career.
Nepotism in leadership is appalling. The company is mostly run by ex-Amazon and ex-Staples employees. Engineering teams are disconnected from one another and running in different directions. A lack of horizontal alignment creates chaos. It's a toxic environment with a high turnover rate. There's a complete lack of diversity in engineering management.
Stop trying to be Amazon and build your own culture. Address the lack of diversity in leadership.
