The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and scheduled a 15-minute initial screening interview. The recruiter was quite nice and transparent in explaining the process and in salary discussion.
Immediately after the interview, I received an online invitation for a test with 12 questions on core Java concepts, which I instantly attempted and cleared easily. The questions were quite straightforward and easy.
The next round was a 1-hour telephonic interview with a technical architect, who asked a wide spectrum of questions ranging from core Java concepts to advanced Java. He also asked an algorithm that I was able to solve.
But even after the good performance, I didn't get an offer, as they were looking for local candidates.
