The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. We set up a call.
In the call, she asked me about my experience in various technologies, and she seemed not to be interested in proceeding further.
I had a gap of 10 months because I was waiting for my EAD. She explained the interview process, and later I asked her whether they provide H1B sponsorship. She said no, only transfers. She then asked about my visa status. When I said I had an H4 EAD, she said she could not proceed further. That was all.
They could have mentioned it in the requirements itself. Waste of time.
