Process

I applied through their website and was asked to take the HackerRank exam. After submitting it, I was contacted by a recruiter for the first round of interviews.

This online code-share interview included a mix of technical and resume-based questions.

After clearing this round, I was invited for an onsite interview. The interview consisted of behavioral, resume-based, and technical whiteboard questions.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Learning Opportunities, Toxic Management

Engineering Management • Former Employee

Boston, Massachusetts, United States

September 13, 2022

Pros: Good place for entry-level engineers. The tech is getting modernized, resulting in great learning opportunities for those early in their career.

Cons: Nepotism in leadership is appalling. The company is mostly run by ex-Amazon and ex-Staples employees. Engineering teams are disconnected from one another and running in different directions. A lack of horizontal alignment creates chaos. It's a toxic environment with a high turnover rate. There's a complete lack of diversity in engineering management.
